Aqua Zumba & Motion Classes Launch Saturday in St. Pete Beach

St. Pete Beach Aquatic Center introduces Aqua Zumba and Aqua Motion classes on Saturday, Oct. 17, offering residents new ways to get a high-energy, low-impact workout in the water.

The St. Pete Beach Aquatic Center will offer two new water fitness classes starting Saturday, Oct. 17. Residents can choose from Aqua Zumba and Aqua Motion for low-impact, high-energy workouts.

Aqua Zumba runs from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. The class combines Zumba's energetic atmosphere with water resistance for a full-body workout. Participants will improve cardiovascular health and coordination.

Aqua Motion follows from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. This class focuses on water-based exercises to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. It offers a joint-friendly fitness experience.
