Funeral services to celebrate and honor the life of Mrs. Elaine Burt Stratton, 94, of Lincoln, will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Anniston Memorial Funeral Home. Rev. Wes Savage will be officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to services on Saturday. Mrs. Stratton will be laid to rest immediately following the service in Lincoln Cemetery.Mrs. Stratton gained her eternal reward, meeting her Lord and Savior face to face, on Monday, May 18, 2026.She was preceded in death by her husband, Karl Stratton; two brothers, Joe Burt (Jean) and James Burt (Ruth); and two sisters-in-law, Brenda Burt and Margie Burt.Left to cherish the memory of Mrs. Stratton include her two sons, Steve Stratton (Laura) and Kenny Stratton (Pam); her grandchildren, Josh Stratton, Jordan Stratton, Brent Stratton, Macy Walters (Kollin), and Shelby Stratton; three brothers, Walter Burt, Gilbert Burt (Louise), and Bill Burt; and many nieces and nephews.Mrs. Stratton was a devoted Christian and was faithful in her walk with the Lord. She was a member of New Life Methodist Church.In her spare time, Mrs. Stratton enjoyed traveling with her late husband, spending time with her grandchildren, and gardening.She was dearly loved by her family and in return, she deeply loved them. Mrs. Stratton will be greatly missed, but forever remembered for the wonderful mother, grandmother, and sister she was.Pallbearers for Mrs. Stratton will be family members and friends.
