Cape Coral Youth Council Excellence Award Winners 2024

The Cape Coral Youth Council honored five students at its April 10 meeting, recognizing them with Excellence Awards across five categories.

Jackson Taylor of Florida SouthWestern Collegiate High School won the Arts award. Mariner High School students Elyssa Vazquez and Zoe Enslin received the Athletics and Civic Engagement awards, respectively. Ambrielle Calixte of Bishop Verot Catholic High School and Jonathan Cernuska of Oasis High School won the Excellence and Leadership awards.

Youth Council Chair Lexie Skorzak presented the awards to students the council said demonstrate exceptional talent and dedication to the community.
