Cape Coral Man Arrested for Party With Minors and Alcohol

Cape Coral police arrested Samir Mukovic, 25, early June 12 after finding approximately 30 people, including juveniles, at his home with alcohol and marijuana.

Officers responded to 2810 Diplomat Parkway West shortly after midnight following reports of a disturbance. Police discovered the party inside and found open alcoholic beverages and marijuana throughout the residence. Several minors continued entering through the rear door.

Mukovic acknowledged promoting the party on social media and allowed underage guests to possess and consume alcohol and drugs. Several juveniles told officers they learned about the event through social media advertisements or received direct invitations.

Police charged Mukovic with conducting an open house party, a violation of Florida State Statute 856.015(2). Officers released the juveniles to their parents.
