County Commissioners to Vote on Heritage Parkway Pipe Agreement

The Brevard County Board of County Commissioners will vote Tuesday, October 6, 2026, on an agreement allowing Space Coast Town Centre I, LLC to install and maintain a private stormwater pipe within the St. Johns Heritage Parkway right-of-way.

The proposed Right-of-Way Use Agreement, agenda item F.2. on the consent agenda, will permit the company to place the pipe and related stormwater and utility conflict structures within the county's public land along the parkway.

Space Coast Town Centre I, LLC will be responsible for the installation and ongoing maintenance of these improvements.
