LOCATION: 10 Yacht Club Drive NE, Cinco Bayou, Fl 32548 Ordinance No. 260 proposes amendments to multiple elements of the Comprehensive Plan, including but not limited to the Future Land Use Element, Transportation Element, Housing Element, Infrastructure Element, Conservation and Coastal Management Element, Intergovernmental Coordination Element, Capital Improvements Element, and associated maps, figures, and policies. The amendments are intended to update the Comprehensive Plan to reflect current conditions, incorporate changes in state law, and improve internal consistency and clarity. The proposed amendments may affect all properties within the Town.
