Whole of State Critical Infrastructure Subcommittee | Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Skip to main content 1 Whole of State Critical Infrastructure Subcommittee Scope The scope of the Whole of State Critical Infrastructure subcommittee of the Homeland Security and All-hazards Senior Advisory Committee (HSAC), represents State, Local, Tribal, Federal and private entities that have a vested interest in the protection of critical infrastructure within the state of Colorado. Purpose Assist in the development and implementation of best practices related to the identification and protection of critical infrastructure in an effort to develop a whole-of-state critical infrastructure protection plan. This plan will establish a comprehensive database of both public and private infrastructure (critical to the physical and economic security of Colorado; identify the ways and means to protect critical infrastructure; provide assistance to local jurisdictions and state agencies with mitigating, protecting against, planning for, responding to and recovering from Critical Infrastructure incidents. Finally, the Whole of State Critical Infrastructure Protection Plan will raise the State’s security posture through the development of public-private partnerships, interagency training, and sustained knowledge sharing. Frequently asked questions I was approved for Pay Monthly in the PayPal app, now what? Once approved, your single-use virtual card is immediately available for use within 24 hours. Restrictions apply to hotel, airfare, travel aggregator sites, gas stations, as well as other transactions. Why is my Pay Monthly amount different than what I paid in store? Since Pay Monthly approval happens before you make an in-store purchase, your approved Pay Monthly amount may be different than the amount you actually spend. Your loan ultimately will only ever be what you spend. For example, if you were approved for $500, but only spent $300 on your transaction using the Pay Monthly loan’s single-use virtual card, you will only make repayments on the $300 loan amount you spent. Your loan transaction will be complete, and you will not have an additional $200 to use on another purchase. Healthy Food Access Driver Food Services Mondays 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. year-round, as Volunteer's Schedule Permits Adopt-a-County Road Program Open Space, Environment, and Gardening Two year commitment. Pick up litter at least twice a year. Must be at least 12 years old. Victim Advocates Criminal Justice and Public Safety On-Scene Advocates make a one-year commitment to the program to attend monthly support and training meetings and commit to one shift (1 week) per month. Shifts are Days, Weeknights, and Weekends. Volunteers respond to the scene of crime and/or trauma to provide crisis intervention and resources. A 40 hour training will be held in April. Wellness Leader/Coach Older Adult Support Classes meet weekly for six to eight weeks. Each class meets from one to two and a half hours each. Volunteers must attend a program specific training, occasional volunteer meetings and an annual training on elder rights. One-year commitment to teach at least one six- or eight-week workshop. Must be at least 21 to apply. Medical Reserve Corps Clinical Volunteer Human Services and Public Health Varies, depending upon the emergency or event. Must be 18 years old to apply.
