The source material describes a grant announcement from December 18, 2025—nearly six months old. No developments have occurred since the announcement. No program details, application process, timeline, or outcomes are available. The only promised information—updates "in the new year"—never materialized.
Without current news (a program launch, application opening, beneficiary announcement, or other present-day event), there is no story to report. A stale announcement with no follow-up is not publishable.
Recommendation: File for follow-up when the program actually launches or issues a substantive update.
