A federal judge sentenced seven individuals, including the lead distributor, this week for their roles in a multi-state methamphetamine trafficking operation.

Denny Jason Shrove, 48, of Rawlins, Wyoming, received the longest sentence of 216 months, or 18 years, in federal prison. He will also serve five years of supervised release after his incarceration.

Shrove was convicted of distributing methamphetamine, a charge reflecting his central role in supplying drugs across state lines. The U.S. Attorney's office announced the final sentencing, crediting the collaborative efforts of law enforcement agencies in dismantling the organization.
