Bay Harbor Islands Archives Meeting Agendas & Recordings Online

Residents of Bay Harbor Islands can now access archived meeting agendas and recordings online. The city launched a new website feature that makes historical records available, with documents dating back to before Oct. 1, 2026.

The online archive aims to increase transparency and accessibility for municipal information. Previously, residents faced challenges obtaining older meeting documents. The new system provides a centralized location for these records.

Records from the Bay Harbor Islands Police Department and the Building & Zoning Department are among those that may be included in the archive. Residents can create website accounts to manage notification subscriptions and save form progress.

The city advises users that search autocomplete is currently unavailable and suggests trying again later. The availability of archived agendas and recordings represents a step forward in public access to government proceedings, helping residents stay informed about local government decisions.
