TOWN OF LAKE HAMILTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Commission of the Town of Lake Hamilton, Florida, will hold a Public Hearing to consider Ordinance 2024-10, An Ordinance of the Town of Lake Hamilton, Florida, repealing Ordinance 2024-08, regarding golf carts and low speed vehicles; providing for severability; providing for an effective date. THE PUBLIC HEARING will be held at the Town Hall, 107 S. Lake Avenue, Lake Hamilton, Florida, on October 15, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. At the hearing, all interested parties may appear to be heard regarding the proposed Ordinance. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Town Hall, 107 S.
