Orange County Sheriff John W. Mina will conduct a foreclosure auction on June 30, 2026, for a parcel on Dill Road in Orlando.

Golden Shoppes LLC won a judgment against Subrang Inc., Saquib Khan, Jamal Mostafa, and Dalip Madnani in case 50-2011-CA-002994-XXXX-MB in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. The sale will dispose of Khan's interest in the property to satisfy the judgment.

The auction begins at 10:30 a.m. at the Civil Process Unit, 425 North Orange Avenue, Room 240, Orlando. Prospective bidders can register from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The highest cash bid wins. The property is subject to all existing taxes, judgments, liens, and encumbrances.

The property is described as Tract 25187 of the unrecorded plat of Orange County Acres, with a physical address of Dill Road, Orlando 32820.

Individuals requiring accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact Eric Nieves or Anestajia Williams, Civil Process Sales Coordinators, at (407) 836-4570 at least seven days before the sale. Hearing-impaired individuals can reach the TDD line at 1-800-955-8771 or Voice at 1-800-955-8770 via Florida Relay Service.
