August 2017 Minutes Molino Community Center August 17, 2017 Attending: Keith, James, Judy, Marilyn, and Wanda Devotions by Judy, James made a motion to accept July minutes, 2nd by Wanda, motion carried. James made a motion to accept treasurers report, 2nd by Marilyn, motion carried. Old Business: Parking Lot: James will call to get estimates. Still waiting on a bid for painting. Check with Keith about trimming trees. New Business: Discussed the need for someone to mow and do yard work on a regular basis. Marilyn will check with Jay. Discussed having someone to take care of the upkeep of the building, cleaning bathrooms and floors. Judy made a motion to adjourn, 2nd by James, motion carried. Marilyn Diamond, Secretary
