The City of Panama City Beach will conduct a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the City’s Land Development Code. The hearing will be held on April 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 17009 Panama City Beach Parkway.

The City of Panama City Beach will conduct a Public Hearing on a proposed amendment to the City’s Land Development Code. The hearing will be held on April 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 17009 Panama City Beach Parkway. The proposed amendment involves modifying the definition of “story” as it relates to building height measurements. The specific changes are to Section 2.02.00 "Definitions."
