USPS Label Delivery Service: For a fee, get a shipping label delivered directly to you. Someone Sent You a Label Broker ID (a QR Code) You're returning something to a store or sending something to a customer through an ecommerce platform, and they sent you an email or text with a Label Broker ID (a QR Code). Here's what you do next to create your shipping label: If You Have a Printer: - Go to the Label Broker tool - Type in the 8-10 character Label Broker ID (under the QR Code) and your ZIP Code, then hit the "Download Label" button - Download your prepaid shipping label (a PDF file) and print it - Pack and seal your package, and tape the shipping label to it - Drop off your ready-to-ship package at a Post Office location (or schedule a free package pickup) If You Don't Have a Printer: - Save the Label Broker ID on your phone - Pack and seal your package - Take your ready-to-ship package and the Label Broker ID to a USPS location that supports Label Broker - Go to the counter, give your package to the Retail Associate, and scan the Label Broker ID (QR Code) on your phone. Using Click-N-Ship & Printing at the Post Office: - Pay for your postage using Click-N-Ship - When prompted, choose the option to "Print later at Post Office" - USPS will send you an email with a Label Broker ID (QR Code followed by 8-10 characters). Save this email on your phone - Pack and seal your package - Take your ready-to-ship package and your Label Broker ID to a USPS location that supports Label Broker - Go to the counter, give your package to the Retail Associate, and show them the Label Broker QR Code on your phone. They'll do the rest! Or, for locations with a Label Broker self-service kiosk, you can skip the line, get your label, and drop off your package. Book Passport Appointment

The USPS passport appointment scheduling system allows customers to book appointments for passport services at participating Post Office locations. Users begin by selecting their service type: New Passport Only, New Passport with Photo Services, Passport Renewal, Digital Photo Services Only, or Hard Copy Photo Services Only. They specify the number of adults and minors under 16 years old requiring service. Customers then search for appointments by location or date, with the ability to search up to 4 weeks in advance. The system displays the 5 closest locations and allows users to filter by radius (1 to 100 miles). After selecting a preferred date, users choose from available appointment times, with each appointment taking approximately 15 minutes per person. Customers are instructed to arrive 10 minutes early. In the confirmation step, users provide contact information including first name, last name, phone number, and email address. Identity verification is required through either text message or email verification code. The system displays estimated USPS charges, with a note that the Department of State charges additional fees for Passport Books and/or Cards as well as processing. The appointment can be modified until a specified deadline, with options to change date, time, or number of applicants. Customers unable to verify their identity online may visit in person during passport walk-in hours. The system notes that passport renewal appointments cannot be made online; eligible customers must renew by mail or online through the State Department website. Appointments are not available on holidays. Users must complete and print their passport application form from https://pptform.state.gov before applying.
