Book Passport Appointment
Schedule An Appointment USPS provides passport appointment scheduling through their online system at https://tools.usps.com/rcas.htm. Customers must complete and print their passport application form before applying at https://pptform.state.gov. Available Services: - New Passport Only - New Passport with Photo Services - Passport Renewal - Digital Photo Services Only - Hard Copy Photo Services Only Appointment Details: - Appointments can be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance - Appointments take approximately 15 minutes per person - Customers should arrive 10 minutes before their appointment - Appointments are not available on holidays - You can search for appointments by location or date - Results show the 5 closest locations Scheduling Process: 1. Choose a service type (select number of adults and minors) 2. Search by location (enter city/state or ZIP code with radius options from 1-100 miles) or date 3. Select available time slot 4. Provide contact information (first name, last name, phone number, email address) 5. Choose verification method (text message or email) 6. Review and confirm appointment details Appointment Management: - Confirmation numbers are provided upon booking - Appointments can be modified until a specified deadline - To change location or contact information, cancel and create a new appointment - To change date, time, or number of applicants, edit appointment information - Appointments can be canceled through the online system Passport Renewal Options: - Eligible applicants can renew by mail - Some applicants are eligible to renew online - Online renewals require a digital photo - USPS offers digital photo services at many locations that comply with US Department of State regulations Identity Verification: - Customers must verify their identity to confirm appointments - Verification codes are sent via text message or email - 6-digit verification codes must be submitted - Too many invalid codes will prevent online appointment scheduling - Walk-in passport services are available for those unable to schedule online Fees: - USPS charges fees for passport services - The Department of State charges additional fees for Passport Books and/or Cards as well as processing - A Passport Fee Calculator is available for cost estimation Privacy Act Statement: Information collected is used to schedule appointments and identify/mitigate fraudulent transactions. Collection is authorized by 39 U.S.C. 401, 403, and 404. Information is not disclosed to third parties without consent except as legally required or for specific routine uses including law enforcement, congressional offices, contractors, auditors, labor organizations, government agencies, and customer service purposes.

Schedule a Redelivery
Schedule a Redelivery If we missed you when we tried to deliver your mail, you can schedule a Redelivery online using a tracking number or the barcode number shown on the back of your PS Form 3849, We ReDeliver for You! Redeliveries can be scheduled online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For same-day Redelivery, make sure your request is submitted by 2 AM CST Monday-Saturday or your Redelivery will be scheduled for the next day. Check to determine if Redelivery is available for your address. Step 1: Check if Redelivery is available for your address. Please provide your contact information below. The address must match the original delivery address. Required fields include First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, ZIP Code, Phone, and Email. Step 2: Select packages for Redelivery. Enter a tracking or barcode number shown on the back of your PS Form 3849, We ReDeliver for You! All packages in a single Redelivery request must be associated to the same PS Form 3849. Tracking numbers are for an individual package. Barcode numbers can have multiple tracking numbers associated with it. Both tracking and barcode numbers are between 13 and 34 characters. Redelivery Types: - USPS Smart Parcel Locker: If "USPS Smart Parcel Locker Eligible" is checked on the front of your PS Form 3849 Redelivery Notice, you can have the package delivered to a USPS Smart Parcel Locker. Most electronic lockers are available 24/7 for you to get the package using a one-time pickup code. Pickup hours are based on the Post Office location hours. - USPS Carrier Redelivery: Fill out the back of your PS Form 3849 Redelivery Notice to let your carrier know when and where you'd like them to leave the package, then put the form in your mailbox. - Customer Pickup: Go to the Post Office location written on the back of your PS Form 3849 Redelivery Notice to pick up the package. Or you can send someone else to serve as your representative. - Return to Sender by USPS: If you don't want to receive the package, USPS will send it back to the shipper with the endorsement "Return to Sender." Step 3: Confirm selections for Redelivery. You have specified Redelivery for the following tracking numbers. Select Confirm to proceed, or click Edit to modify a selection. You must accept the Terms and Conditions for Redelivery to continue. Step 4: Sign up for Informed Delivery. Easily track your Redelivery request anytime, anywhere. Sign up for Informed Delivery notifications, a free feature that allows you to check the Redelivery status of your packages, preview incoming mail, and more. Mail and packages will populate your dashboard and daily notification in 2 to 5 business days. To track a package sooner, manually enter the tracking number into your dashboard. Enter Destination Country - Please enter a valid destination country. 2. Item Description - Clearly provide a detailed description of the item. If possible, include what the item is used for or made of. Examples: laptop computer; fresh eggplant; antiviral spray medication. Character limit: 500 characters. 3. Category - Select a category (optional) 4. Subcategory - Select a subcategory (optional) 5. Click Search The tool will return results including the HS Code and item description. Example result shown: HS Code 8517.13.0000 for "Telephone sets, including smartphones and other telephones for cellular networks or for other wireless networks: Smartphones" Verification: Does the returned description match your item? If not, add more details in the Item Description and search again.
