PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Muscatine County Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice is hereby given that the Muscatine County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Public Meeting Room, 215 Sycamore Street, Muscatine, Iowa, to consider the following application: Brent Grimm, 1299 135th Street, Muscatine, IA 52761, is requesting a variance to Section 5.2.3 (Front Yard Setback) of the Muscatine County Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting a variance of 50 feet to allow for the placement of an accessory building 25 feet from the front property line. The property is located at 1299 135th Street, Muscatine, IA and is described as follows: Parcel #0318400007, being a part of the NW NW, Section 18, Township 77N, Range 02W, Muscatine County, Iowa. At said hearing, all interested persons may appear and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Zoning Office at 215 Sycamore Street, Muscatine, Iowa 52761, on or before May 9, 2024.
