Montrose County Board of Commissioners PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Montrose County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Montrose County Courthouse, 317 South 2nd Street, Montrose, Colorado, to consider amendments to the Montrose County Land Use Regulations regarding the establishment of a new Mixed Use (MU) zone district. The proposed amendments also include changes to Section 3.3.4 regarding Temporary Uses, Section 4.4.8 regarding Home Occupation Uses and Section 6.2.6 regarding Nonconforming Uses and Structures.
