Montrose County Board of Commissioners Public Hearing - January 17, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The Montrose County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider amending the Montrose County Land Use Regulation to address compatibility standards for new commercial and industrial uses adjacent to residential zoning districts and uses. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the BOCC Hearing Room at the Montrose County Courthouse, located at 317 S. 2nd Street in Montrose.
