PUBLIC NOTICE SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Budget Ordinance Amendment Notice is hereby given that the Black Mountain Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 6:00 PM in the Town Hall, 160 Midland Ave, Black Mountain, NC 28711 to consider the following: An amendment to the FY2025 Budget Ordinance. The purpose of the amendment is to allocate additional funding to the stormwater fund. This will be done by appropriating fund balance in the General and Water Funds. The proposed amendment is available for public inspection on the Town’s web site at www.townofblackmountain.org or in the office of the Town Clerk at Town Hall, 160 Midland Avenue, Black Mountain, NC 28711, during normal business hours. Any person who desires to comment on the proposed amendment may appear at the public hearing or submit written comments to the Town Clerk at the address above, or via email to [email protected], no later than 5:00 PM on June 24, 2024.
