Montrose County Board of Commissioners PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Montrose County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in the Montrose County Courthouse, 317 South 2nd Street, Montrose, Colorado, to consider a Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Guzman Energy Services for a proposed solar array to be located on property situated at 68882 Hwy 50, Montrose, CO. The applicant is requesting approval to develop approximately 27-acres of a 40-acre parcel into a solar array. The subject property is located within the Agricultural (A) zone district. A Conditional Use Permit is required for a utility facility in the Agricultural (A) zone district per Section 4.4.7 of the Montrose County Land Use Regulations.
