Saginaw Receives Clean Audit of City Finances

Weaver and Tidwell, LLP issued a favorable audit opinion of the City of Saginaw's financial records for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. Partner Jennifer Ripka presented the results to the Saginaw City Council on February 3, confirming the city properly tracked funds, used sound financial estimates, and presented information clearly.

The Texas Comptroller recognized Saginaw in 2025 with a Transparency Star for Traditional Finances, an award for cities that maintain clear public records on fund use.
