A Flood Watch is also in effect, with an additional 3-6 inches of rain expected, leading to potential moderate flooding. Rivers may overflow, and roads could become impassable. Heed all flood watches and warnings; evacuations and rescues are possible in vulnerable areas.
The situation is also favorable for several tornadoes, some potentially intense. Those in manufactured homes or on boats should prepare to relocate to safe shelter.
