Hollywood city officials are currently reviewing several critical plans and policies that will shape community development and housing initiatives for the coming years. These documents include the Draft One Year Action Plan 2026-2027 and the Five-Year Consolidated Plan DRAFT 2024-2028, both available for public review.

Residents have the opportunity to comment on the Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report FY 2024 Draft. This report details the city's performance in various programs. The Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report FY 2022 Draft also remains open for public comments.

Housing initiatives feature prominently in the city's current review. The Draft Affordable Housing Advisory Committee 2025 Annual Report is under consideration, building on the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee 2024 Annual Report. The city is also reviewing the Local Housing Assistance Plan for FY 2025-2028, alongside the existing Local Housing Assistance Plan for State Fiscal Years 2022-2025. The Draft Affordable Housing Advisory Board Recommendations are also part of these discussions.

Further, the city issued a Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds for Homeless Services and WIFI Expansion and Computer Purchase at Public Facilities. This indicates upcoming projects aimed at supporting vulnerable populations and enhancing public access to technology. The HOME-ARP Plan Allocation Draft is also available for public comments, outlining how federal funds will address homelessness and housing instability.

Several notices regarding federal flood plain activities have been issued. These include Early Notice and Public Review and Final Notice and Public Review for a proposed activity involving the United Way of Broward County Polk Street Site Acquisition. Similar notices were released for the acquisition of 2206 Adams St.

These ongoing reviews and public comment periods offer residents a chance to engage with the city's future planning. Details on these documents and how to submit comments are available through city channels.
