Zephyrhills Marriage License: Joint Application Guide
Both parties must apply in person at the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller's Office in Zephyrhills. The office stops accepting applications at 4 p.m.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Seventeen-year-olds need written consent from both parents or legal guardians, and their partner cannot be more than two years older. Parents or guardians must notarize an Affidavit of Parental Consent Form at the time of application.
Bring a Social Security number or photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or military ID. If either applicant has been divorced or widowed, provide the exact date the previous marriage ended.
Complete and print these forms before applying: a Marriage License Information Sheet and a Premarital Course and Handbook Statement Form. Couples with children born together in Florida must file an Affirmation of Common Children Form and pay an additional $3.50 fee.
The Clerk & Comptroller's Office does not perform ceremonies but provides a list of marriage officiants.
