Oak View Group to Operate Graham Park Exhibition Center

Olmsted County selected Oak View Group to operate the new Graham Park exhibition center, an 80,000-square-foot facility scheduled to open in early 2027.

Oak View Group, which operates live entertainment venues and event spaces, will manage daily operations, event booking, and strategic planning. The company named Michael Swanson general manager of the facility.

Swanson most recently served as assistant general manager at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, also operated by Oak View Group. He previously managed the Pipestone Country Club, overseeing operations, events, and food and beverage service.

The exhibition center features a 125-by-250-foot main show ring and warm-up arena designed for equestrian events, trade shows, agricultural events, and community gatherings.
