The City of Winter Springs is seeking applications for its Veteran and Veteran Family's Advisory Committee. The purpose of this committee is to provide recommendations to the City Commission on issues and concerns affecting veterans and their families in the City of Winter Springs. The committee shall be composed of seven (7) members who shall be residents of the City of Winter Springs. Each member shall be a veteran or a family member of a veteran. Members shall serve without compensation for a term of two (2) years, or until their successors are appointed. Applications are available at City Hall and on the City’s website. Completed applications must be returned to the City Clerk’s office at 100 North Moss Road, Winter Springs, FL 32708 by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 31, 2018.
