WINTER PARK -- The Orlando Health AirCare Team received a collective honor for its collaborative spirit in saving lives. A team member nominated for First Responder Friday chose to share the recognition, emphasizing the teamwork essential to their work across downtown Winter Park and surrounding neighborhoods.
"The work we do is very much a team effort, and I would rather not be singled out when so many people contribute every day," the nominee stated. "Having the opportunity to give my team the recognition they deserve would mean a great deal to me."
As a result, the entire Orlando Health AirCare Team will receive a $100 gift card to Metro Diner. The team provides rapid transport and advanced care to critically ill patients throughout the region, ensuring timely access to specialized medical treatment.
