Caldwell Elementary PTO Plans Fall Festival, Reviews Budget

The Caldwell Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) met Tuesday, Sept. 10, in the school cafeteria to plan the annual Fall Festival and review the school budget. The meeting began at 6 p.m.

During the planning session, PTO members brainstormed fundraising ideas for school programs and discussed logistics, volunteer recruitment and activities for the Fall Festival. Members stressed the importance of community input and participation. The organization relies on parents and guardians for resources to support student enrichment activities.

The PTO also reviewed financial reports to identify areas where fundraising could best support school programs and resources. This oversight helps allocate funds to meet the school's needs.

The PTO thanked the Caldwell Elementary community for its support and encouraged parents and guardians to attend future meetings. The date for the next meeting has not been announced.
