Winter Garden has established a Development Review Committee (DRC) to examine applications for a range of development orders. The committee will review subdivision plats, site plans, planned developments, construction plans and development agreements. The DRC's formation aims to streamline the review process and ensure city growth aligns with the vision for neighborhoods such as historic downtown and the west side.
The committee's establishment is outlined in Code Section 98-151. Agendas will be available before meetings, and minutes will be posted after approval through the city's official channels.
