Village of Ludlow Planning Commission meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Ludlow Town Offices, 37 S. Depot Street.
Village Trustees meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Ludlow Town Offices, 37 S. Depot Street.
Town & Village of Woodstock Marketing Committee Meeting September 9th , 2026 8:45 AM Town Hall 31 The Green, Woodstock, VT 05091 Agenda Call to order Additions & Deletions from the Posted Agenda Citizens Comments – Three-minute limit Discussion Foliage Marketing & Promotion Explore the possibility of closing Middle Bridge to encourage walking. Foliage messagingFarm tours, including Billings Farm & Museum Sugarbush Walking and exploring Woodstock Restroom locations Parking information (encourage walking, East End Parking) Where visitors can find food, including dining map information Share foliage information across the dining map and social media channels. Consider targeted advertising to encourage mid-week visits. Woodstock Ambassadors Local store owners. Provide with:Updated Dining maps Explore having ambassadors stationed at East End and The Green to assist visitors and provide information during peak weekends Advertising Specs & Rates Jim to create a one-sheet outlining ad specifications. Amend the proposed rates for sub-page ads (discuss at next meeting) Proposed rate: $750 for 3 months at the top level. $750 for 6 months at the sub-page level.
