At 256 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Richmond, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include... Richmond, Berea, Reeds Crossing, Terrill, Moberly, Kingston, Speedwell, Hillcrest, Elliston and Union City.
