HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Richmond, Berea, Reeds Crossing, Terrill, Moberly, Kingston, Speedwell, Hillcrest, Elliston and Union City.
