Foreclosure Sales Online Foreclosure Sales Website All foreclosure sales are conducted online. To participate in a sale, you must register on the online foreclosure sales website. Bidding Instructions Required Deposit: A deposit is required to bid on a property. The deposit amount is 5% of the final bid, or $200, whichever is greater. Acceptable forms of deposit: Cashier’s Check Money Order Official Check These must be made payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Bidding Procedures: All bidding is done online. The successful bidder must provide the required deposit to the Clerk of the Circuit Court no later than 24 hours after the sale. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours, the Clerk will cancel the sale and re-advertise the property for sale. Additional Information: All sales are subject to cancellation without notice.
