ESTANCIA AT WIREGRASS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF MEETING The ESTANCIA AT WIREGRASS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT will hold a Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. at the Estancia Club, located at 3100 Estancia Blvd., Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. PURPOSE OF MEETING: The purpose of the meeting is to conduct CDD business. IF ANY PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT THIS MEETING, SUCH PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, persons with disabilities needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding, or those requiring auxiliary aids or services, should contact the District Office at (813) 933-5571 at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
