Lloyd's Bayou Lake Improvement Board Member Opening

The Lloyd’s Bayou Lake Improvement Board is requesting information from individuals who have an interest in serving on the Lloyd’s Bayou Lake Improvement Board as the lakefront property owner representative (riparian representative). The legal requirement for this position is as follows: “Only a person who has an interest in a land contract or a record interest in the title to a piece or parcel of land that abuts the lake to be improved is eligible to be elected and to serve under this subdivision.” Meaning, the individual must be a lakefront resident of Lloyd’s Bayou. Interested candidates should submit the information requested below to Jared Laughlin at [email protected] no later than 5 pm on Friday, June 19th, 2026. Requested Information: • Name • Address • Contact Information • How long have you lived on Lloyd’s Bayou? • Are you available to attend weekday meetings (usually 3-4 per year)? • Why do you want to serve on the lake board? • Why do you feel you are qualified to serve on the lake board?
