Rhode Island Black, Latino, Indigenous, Asian-American and Pacific Islander (RIBLIA) Caucus
Welcome Message
Welcome Message Thank you for visiting the Rhode Island Black, Latino, Indigenous, Asian-American and Pacific Islander (RIBLIA) Caucus website. The Caucus has been and always will be a voice for Rhode Island’s communities of color. We will support legislation designed to improve the living, housing, educational and economic conditions of African- and Latino-Americans. We look to empower our constituents to gain a deeper sense of political awareness on issues concerning them and their communities, and to make the political and legislative process accountable and accessible for those who have been disenfranchised. Please contact us with any questions, concerns or suggestions. Senator Tiara T. Mack, Representative Karen Alzate, Co-Chairs
