Lincoln Highway Safety Survey in West Chester | DVRPC
The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission is surveying residents about safety improvements along Lincoln Highway in West Chester, between Toth Avenue and Bondsville Road.
DVRPC launched an online survey asking people who live, work, travel or attend school in the corridor to share their concerns. The Transportation Management Association of Chester County will conduct in-person surveys along the corridor this spring.
The study supports Vision Zero, a traffic safety approach that uses engineering, enforcement and education to eliminate fatalities and severe injuries. DVRPC will use the findings to develop safety recommendations and support future grant applications for infrastructure improvements.
Survey participants can enter to win a $50 Visa gift card. Residents can access the survey through DVRPC's website.
