Records Search ****Please note that as of December 31, 2025 our search database has been upgraded. You will now be able to download and purchase official copies directly from the Document Search and Copies - Web. The public access databases button will link you to all of our property databases, including Document Search and Copies - Web, SearchIQS, and Chescoviews. There is also a link to signup for Fraud Notify. Signup to receive notifications whenever a document is recorded in your name or with your UPI number. Please note you will need to create a username and password even if you are a current user of Fraud Guard. Records Public Access data is current (proofed) as of September 10, 2026. Click the Public Access Databases button on the right to search our records, signup for Fraud Notify, and to access Chescoviews. Records Public Access contains images of documents recorded after 1993. If you are looking for an older document, use the IQS Search database.
