The advisory, issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) San Francisco CA, is in effect from 2:26 AM PDT this morning until 9:00 AM PDT today, October 6th.

Visibility is reported to be one quarter mile or less in the affected areas. This significantly reduced visibility can make driving conditions hazardous. The NWS emphasizes the importance of safety measures during this period.
