The National Weather Service (NWS) Northern Indiana has issued a Special Weather Statement effective until 9:30 PM EDT tonight, September 15, 2026.
At 8:45 PM EDT, radar indicated a strong thunderstorm near Winona Lake, moving east at 25 mph. This storm is capable of producing wind gusts up to 40 mph. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
