Largo Compost Bin Program Growing | Free Bins

Largo continues its commitment to sustainability through the ongoing composting bin program. The initiative provides free composting bins to Largo residents for home use. The program first launched on World Food Day, October 16, 2020.

The City of Largo established the program to encourage residents to reduce waste and enrich their gardens with homemade compost. Residents interested in participating can obtain a free composting bin to begin their own composting efforts at home.
