WALLACE COUNTY, KANSAS North Park Pavilion & Concrete Improvements -- Sharon Springs, Kansas Wallace County, Kansas, by and through the Wallace County Board of Commissioners, is soliciting bids for improvements at North Park in Sharon Springs, Kansas. Project Scope Work includes removal, site preparation, concrete work, and installation of new park shelter structures, including: * Removal and disposal of existing pavilions and concrete * Site preparation and grading as needed * Construction of new concrete slabs * Installation of two (2) new shade pavilions Pavilion & Concrete Overview Pavilions: * Two (2) structures * Approximate size: 15’ x 20’ each * Steel frame, open-air shelters with metal roofs * Surface-mounted posts anchored to concrete Detailed pavilion specifications and manufacturer information are available upon request. Concrete Slabs: * Two (2) slabs (one per pavilion) * Minimum size: 15’ x 20’ each * Contractor to specify thickness, reinforcement, and anchoring method * Non-slip (broom or similar) finish Contractors are responsible for verifying site conditions and ensuring compatibility between slab construction and pavilion installation. Bid Structure Bidders shall provide: - Base Bid: Procurement and installation of pavilions, including all concrete and site work - Alternate (optional): Installation only, with pavilions provided by owner Include total cost, timeline, work approach, and proof of insurance.
