Data released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) indicates a significant increase in e-cigarette usage among U.S. middle and high school students. The CDC reports usage more than doubled between 2011 and 2012.

The Commissioners are responsible for county policy, budget, and administration.
