Public accuracy test for presidential primary voting equipment scheduled

Wadena County residents are invited to observe a public accuracy test of the electronic voting equipment that will be used in the upcoming Presidential Nomination Primary. The test is scheduled for Tuesday, February 27th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

The accuracy test will take place in the Commissioner’s Room #214 at the Wadena County Courthouse, a familiar hub for many in our community. This event provides an opportunity for the public to ensure the integrity and proper functioning of the voting machines before the primary election, a process important to all of us who call Wadena home.

The Wadena County Elections office is hosting the test. Further details regarding the specific procedures of the accuracy test were not immediately available.
