The Planning and Zoning Board is responsible for making recommendations to the Village Board on all matters pertaining to planning and zoning. The Board is comprised of seven members, each of whom is appointed by the Village President and confirmed by the Village Board. The Planning and Zoning Board meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Hall. The public is welcome to attend. Members: President: Gary Boaz Trustee Liaison: Shelly Sigers Responsibilities: To prepare and recommend to the Village Board a comprehensive plan for the development of the Village. To recommend to the Village Board zoning regulations and amendments thereto. To review and make recommendations on all proposed subdivisions of land within the Village. To review and make recommendations on all proposed site plans for commercial and industrial development within the Village.
