HELENA PARISH PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Road Superintendent: Brannon Barnes Assistant Superintendent: Orlando Cornish The Public Works Department Employees are dedicated to the maintenance of Police Jury owned roads. This includes but not limited to the repair, cutting, signage, drainage of public roads and bridges within St. Helena Parish. The six Road Districts each have an assigned crew to see to the everyday upkeep of the St. Helena Parish Districts roads.
