NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2024 CHIP SEAL PROJECT CITY OF VERNAL, UTAH Notice is hereby given that the City of Vernal, Utah, is requesting bids for the 2024 Chip Seal Project. Bids must be received by the City of Vernal, 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, 84078, no later than 2:00 PM, Local Time, on Thursday, May 9, 2024. Copies of the plans, specifications, and bid forms are available at the office of the City Engineer, 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah 84078, (435) 789-9591, or may be obtained electronically from QuestCDN.com, eBidDoc #8990118. A non-refundable fee of $30.00 will be required. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 25th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Vernal Public Works Department, 840 South 1500 West, Vernal, Utah. The City of Vernal reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Vernal.
