Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Vernal City Council will hold a public hearing on July 10, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. in the Vernal City Hall Council Chambers, 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, to receive public comment regarding the amendment to the Fiscal Year 2024 budget.
