Dangerously hot conditions are expected, with temperatures reaching up to 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast and 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the mountains and Cuyama Valley.

The National Weather Service (NWS) Los Angeles/Oxnard CA issued this warning today, October 5, at 2:47 PM PDT.
