Miami-Dade Courts Host Naturalization Ceremony April 12

The Miami-Dade County Courts will hold a naturalization ceremony on April 12, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. at the Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse Center, 175 N.W. 1st Avenue in downtown Miami.

Judge Lody Jean will preside as candidates take the Oath of Allegiance to the United States. The ceremony is open to the public and media.

Candidates must pass a civics test, demonstrate English proficiency, and complete background checks before taking the oath. Applicants should arrive before 9:30 a.m.
